Butterfly Bakery of Vermont started in 2003 as a mostly one-person operation, and has grown to become the largest user of Vermont grown chili peppers in the world. That's some serious hot sauce!
As for the mustards, Claire says, "Our mustard journey started with an, 'I wonder if I could...' continued into, 'I wonder if I should...' and then went full throttle with, 'If no one is going to stop me...' Whole seed mustards are awesome vessels for Vermont craft beers, Vermont grown herbs, pure Vermont maple syrup and just about anything else that I can think up."
