Baird Farm Infused Maple Syrup
Baird Farm is a fourth generation farm in Chittenden, Vermont and maple syrup has been their primary crop since 1996! Try one of their infused syrups:
Birch Bark = notes of root beer float, stone fruit, wintergreen, black cherry; the Bairds' electrician says try it on a baked potato!
Mint infused = notes of spearmint, cool menthol, light ginger; perfect in fancy cocktails.
Spruce Tip infused = notes of rosemary, pine, citrus zest; great with salmon or pour a dollop in your tea.
